At SCHNAUZERHAUS we welcome ‘Honorary Schnauzers.’ Miss Arrabella Gable, our new ‘therapy pup in training,’ has welcomed Jack Russell Miss Lucy as a wonderful friend and playmate. Miss Lucy’s owner has trained Miss Arrabella almost exclusively since she came to us as a little pup. Lucy has been a wonderful behaviour model for Arrabella.
Lucy has tried to teach Arrabella tricks such as chasing ball, and catching treats, but Arrabella has looks and brains not so much! The girls have been to dog friendly cafes and dog school together.
This weekend the girls are meeting our therapy dog trainer at Bunnings for a lesson in how to behave in a public space. They are both so cute they are sure to attract lots of attention. They have heard about the sausage sizzle at Bunnings and want to be on their best behaviour so they get one each!
And remember the Schnauzerhaus motto – ‘if you can’t fix it, just pee on it and walk away!’
